This item looks sturdy. It looks like it should be a match to anything at Harbor Freight. However, this item was incredibly flemsy and could not even support its own weight on the casters!
The hinges that hold the casters are so fragile, they bend under the weight of the toolbox EMPTY. So I had to remove the casters.
The drawers are difficult to open and close. You have to really push and jiggle to close them.
The top toolbox "sits" on the lower toolbox. There is no "mount" of any kind to mount the top box securely to the lower box. I had to drill holes in both boxes and lock them together with nut and bolts, so the top box would not slide around (then off) of the lower box.
I bought this item because it was cheap. I expected it to be less than high quality, but this toolbox is utterly worthless.
